Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your tracking anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Q: My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
A: Occasionally, tracking may take a few days to update depending on the courier. If it's been more than 7 days with no movement, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We can only make changes or cancellations within the first few hours after you place your order. Email us as soon as possible at support@quartermille.com and we’ll do our best to help.

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
